This week, our platform has seen a remarkable amount of coverage secured, showcasing the dedication and hard work of all our curators. We’ve also had a significant amount of work done for free, which is great news for all our artists. Our marketplace has been active with loads of promotion requests, and it’s great ot see so many artists successfully secure slots with a whole range of curators.
New Curators on Board
We’re thrilled to welcome 7 new curators to Musosoup this week. Each brings a unique perspective and expertise to our community:
Parallel World Records: Playlists containing Lofi beats & music to chill & relax to.
Darkus Magazine: A magazine celebrating music, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
Punkio: Alternative music promotion, reviews and industry news.
Very Grubby Playlists: Rock, Electronic, Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass, Lo-Fi and Vocal playlists featuring unknown artists.
EJazz Radio: EJazz Radio is a Top 40 and Hits station that plays only your favourites always! They’re looking to shine a light on upcoming artists amongst the big names!
We’re excited to have them on board and to see what great coverage they can generate for our artists.
Marketplace Promotions
Our marketplace is continually evolving, and this week we’re introducing 10 exciting new promotions for artists to apply to, (remember! applying to these is totally free, if a curator declines you do not lose anything. You only pay if they accept and it’s a paid promotion):
FV Music Blog: a feature alongside other artists in one blog. They ask all artists to RT/share the blog so the Hot Picks feature will reach our followers and everyone else's fans, gaining the most exposure for everyone.
Punkio: a selection of reviews available. Singles, EPs and albums.
HipHopEargasm: are offering an Exclusive Song Review.
Crazy Futboll: a feature on a video on an instagram with over 500,000 followers.
No Transmission: an album review.
RiffRiot: a variety of promos to choose from including: single announcement + review, written interview, spot in monthly album ranking.
ONLY HITS: offering an online interview inc. 25 questions.
Melodic Mag: a song review, roughly 200 words.
The Intelligence: a song review.
FM Magazine: premieres, features, interviews, and merchandise showcases.
These promotions are designed to provide more visibility and opportunities for our artists.
