Jesse Kinch is a force of nature — a singer, songwriter, and guitarist whose music speaks to generations. From his early days portraying Eddie Money in the off-Broadway musical Two Tickets to Paradise to winning ABC’s Rising Star in front of five million viewers, Jesse’s journey has been anything but ordinary.
His debut album I’m Not Like Everybody Else (Curb Records) broke into the UK Top Ten, and his live performances — whether opening for John Fogerty at Woodstock’s 50th Anniversary or sharing the stage with Josh Groban — have earned him standing ovations and critical acclaim.
But Jesse’s story is also one of profound resilience. In 2021, a brain tumor threatened his ability to speak and play guitar. After a year of treatment and recovery, he returned to the stage in 2022 with a triumphant performance that reminded audiences why his voice — both literal and artistic — is so vital.
His recent singles Shout It Louder, Night Dancers, A Soul Divine, and Escape The Shade continue to showcase his evolution as an artist. Each track is a testament to his versatility, from orchestral arrangements to gritty live recordings, and his ability to turn personal conviction into universal anthems.

Working with Musosoup across four standout campaigns, Jesse has used the platform to increase his musical reach across editorial channels, playlists, and global tastemakers. His single Shout It Louder (Save Your Sons and Daughters), recorded live in Salinas, California and produced entirely by Jesse, was an explosive release. It landed on 69 playlists, received multiple features and shoutouts, and earned a glowing review from RockCharts News, who described it as “a powerful rock anthem that reflects the current state of the world,” with Jesse’s vocal energy and emotional conviction drawing comparisons to Springsteen and Neil Young.
Following this, Night Dancers—a vibrant celebration of movement and cultural unity—secured placements on 64 playlists and was praised by TJPL News as “a mesmerizing new single,” blending “electrifying rock with dance-inspired energy.” The review highlighted Jesse’s vision behind the track: “It’s about the fascinating imagery of dancers from all races, creeds, and backgrounds, bringing energy and life to the music.”
A Soul Divine, a cinematic orchestral anthem released in early 2025, underscored Jesse’s compositional talent and lyrical sensitivity. According to JYLA, the track is “a testament to the power of music as a force for hope and resilience,” with its sweeping arrangements and stirring message offering “a picture of perseverance and unity in a world that often feels divided.” The single picked up 61 playlist placements, numerous reviews, and another round of curated features and radio support.
Escape The Shade, recorded live at the California Rodeo in Salinas, continued the trend. With 70 playlists, 9 social media shoutouts, and bold press attention, it became a rallying anthem. Cage Riot described it as “a live powerhouse” and “a rock revolution,” writing that “Jesse doesn’t just sing rock — he embodies it,” and calling the lyric “We’ve got to make our move and escape the shade” a line destined for anthem status.
Reflecting on his experience, Jesse shared:
“Musosoup curators are personalized and helped promote my original music with professional reviews and international opportunities.”
